Profile:

Luis Vargas is an associate with the firm and focuses his legal practice on counseling clients with respect to their corporate governance, transactional and real estate matters. Luis counsels clients on a wide range of matters from general corporate governance, to entity formation and structuring, to mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, Luis worked for a large international law firm and a regional law firm in Chicago.

Luis received a B.S.B.A. and Master of Accounting (MAcc) from The Ohio State University, and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
